It’s been a while. I wanted to post today for sure because I got in over 17,000 steps. That’s between work and a walk with Stella T. Dog. Our walk was about 3.8 miles / 6.12 km. It was nice to get out for a decent walk.
I’m getting closer to my goal of 20 chin-ups in one set. Although I’ve been doing 40-50 of them most days, that’s usually in 4+ sets. I did 16 in one set yesterday, though. Pretty soon, I’ll make it to 20 in one set. Then I’ll set a new goal of 25!
