My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2020 aka Yesterday

Yesterday was a really good day for steps! Work was busy and I also did an hour on the elliptical in the basement. It was extremely humid and even stormy for a while yesterday, so indoor activity seemed like the best idea. Truth be told, I haven’t been on a bike ride for quite some time. I need to up my game there a little bit. This time of year, I also go on fewer walks with Stella unless we can get them in early or late. She’s covered in black fur and gets very hot very quickly when it’s hot and sunny out.
