My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2020
I took this picture tonight. Because I did walking at 20:00 because in the afternoon I'm not feeling well because of dysmenorrhea.
I just cooked for our meal in the morning and afternoon. And I tried to make a dalgona coffee. After that, I just laying down on my bed. At night. I walked around our house to look at our plants. I feel better now.
