My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2020

Recently, it's hard for me to reach the minimun activity counts. I don't know why. Today I tried to hold my phone the whole day even I'm doing the laundry, because I want to reach my goal, but I failed. However, I really missed posting here. I think I have anxiety disorder so I tried my best to do exercise every day for 7-15 minutes. Hehe. I think it can help my emotion to be better.
