Hey sis! Yes, two new neighbors! The one with tiny house; they've owned the land forever, but have not done anything with it until now. July is the goal, they say. I want a tour! Take care sis!

He's got 2 kids too! I'm not sure how that's gonna work out; maybe he needs 2 tiny houses, lol! I'll get pics whenever he gets it done. Probably won't be able to do an inside thing, but I'm hopeful!
