My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2020
Where are you Silvertop, are you on vacation?😲
Nope.... today was road trip time!
The electric door locks on the Mrs. car aren’t working all the time and we needed to take it to the dealer to have it diagnosed.
Living close to the Canadian border there aren’t too many dealers nearby, so this was a 60 mile round trip down south towards Seattle.
I’m not really sure what trees these are in the first photo, but they sure don’t look like they belong up north LOL!🤣
The traffic is still lighter than normal, because the Canadian border is still shut down to all but essential traffic.
So that’s how today’s @actifit steps went, walking around town while they were trying to figure out how to fix our car!
It looks like they need to order in a couple of parts so it’s going be another trip in a few weeks. In the photo before my Fitbit stats, you can see Silvertops blockchain posting work station, inside the car showroom!😊
Look we are social distancing, and 6 feet apart from anyone else!😇😷
Now the good news is that Silvertop made it into and out of a new car showroom without a new car!🤗

The round trip is about 120 miles. We live about 60 miles from our door to the dealership. Looooong day!

Those trees are what we call "Waaierpalms" in South Africa, roughly translated it is a Fan Palm.

That looks like a Windmill Palm Tree, they are hardy ever green trees, and I see a lot of them here on California and in Hawaii.
The KarMart building you showed reminds me of a USPS box, and I don't know why.

I had to look close to see if these trees were real, and yes they were! These Windmill Palm Tree, do you think they would survive the Winter?

They are supposed to be hardy, but I thought that they grew only in warmer-weather areas. It does look like it is an old tree and has survived some years in that place. Maybe it is now acclimated to the colder and snow(?). Palms are of different varieties and leaves. The San Francisco Bay Bridge is lined with Golden Palms.
