My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2020
Is is really morning Silvertop?😲
The Mrs wanted to beat the heat this morning, so today’s @actifit hike started early!
The plan was to hike early and then go shopping.
So with four hours and forty seven minutes sleep, Silvertop and the Mrs started hiking!😲
Well... we did beat the heat, and most of the mosquitoes. We finished with 76 uphill floors a solid sleepy hike.
“Silvertop did you just trip over that rock?☺️”
Then it was lunch and a bit of crypto trading for some of the @actifit AFITX tokens....Score!!🤗
And off we went to town shopping for the balance of the day!
Dinner finished by 9:00PM it’s time for my fitness post, I think after this I will call it a night!🤣
