Be Prepared to Stop!!😲
Today was supposed to be rain, and we have storm clouds building at the base of Sumas Mountain, but the rain held off!😊
That’s OK with me, I had to run to town and pick up a load of pallets that I cut up for Kindling and fire starting.
I passed this organic farm that just started up last year. They are selling pumpkins for cooking, and of course pumpkin carving!
Now take a look at all those wooden boxes in the field.... they are also bee keepers!!😊
Bees are so important to cross Pollination! Throughout the summer you will see these moved to different farmers fields!
Silvertop is allergic to bee stings, so these guys can do their good work far away from me Lol!😳
Home at last, and the Mrs just pulled into the drive.....We both need a coffee before this evenings hike.
Twilight......... “How far are we hiking Silvertop?”
I think we can make it to the trailhead at the Apple orchard.🙂
Just the Mrs and me tonight, we are now starting to be extra careful, yesterday we found two large piles of Bear scat at this Apple orchard......
Be prepared to stop.....I don’t think so .....
We just adapt to the changing Seasons, and keep vigilant for four legged friends that call these Mountains home!!!😊
Till tomorrow Silvertop Mike 😊
