Where does this trail lead Silvertop?☺️
I was looking for a little variety on my hike today.....
I haven’t hiked this trail in a while, and with the high wind and ninety degree driving rain, I figured hiking in the shelter of the forest would be better today.
Yep..... wind and rain, Liz won’t want to go out in this after work.... Silvertop is hiking solo today!😌
This trail is a steep climb, today’s hike was 117 uphill floors, in the rain!😅
I remember this trail covered with downed trees, in spots you needed to climb up and over to make it to the top!
I think one time I snowshoed up this trail and over logs.......That’s probably why I haven’t been on this trail in a while Lol!🤣
Someone has been chainsawing...., all the logs have been cut and moved off the trail!
Next time I see Keith, I need to ask him if he did this good deed!
Finally I made it to the top, the wind was whip sawing the tall Douglas Firs......
Silvertop it’s time to get out of the forest, this is getting too dangerous!
