A week has gone by, how did that happen Lol?
Friday, I think I hear the Mrs pulling into the driveway as I start to write this post.
I grabbed a short hike before Liz got home, I passed Chris’s place, then up to Grants cabin, my Canadian neighbor, to check the locks on all the doors on his cabin, again......
I saw this gnome nestled at the base of one of Grants trees, and snapped a photo.
I headed back downhill, paying more attention to my IPhone than my hike, when I heard something moving in the tall grass!😯
“Well hello there....”
It was a Mother Deer and her two babies!😊 These are the same babies, and the same Mother deer, I have written about a while back!
Now you need to talk to @elizabethbit, she isn’t going to let me post HER photo, but just days ago another neighbor got photos on a game camera, In daylight, of a Good sized Cougar!😳
I haven’t seen these deer in a while, and I was concerned they were dinner......
Just another part of nature I guess, but following these babies as they grow up......well you want to protect them.....
