No Mountains today, my heart is in the Mountains, but today my feet are down by the bay, shopping in town!😊
I hike between 10,000 and 20,000 steps everyday. If you take the minimum of 10K, a day, that’s 3,650,000 steps per year!😳
Silvertop needed a new pair of hiking shoes! I have gotten two years out of my Merrill’s, they are still good, but they are getting thin Lol!
Liz needed to run to Cosco, her “non-milk” milk was on sale!😇
“ It’s a good thing we have storage space Liz!☺️”
You can see in the second to last photo, we picked up a few cases!😇
It’s really amazing the difference in weather from the Foothills of the Cascade Mountains, to the saltwater bay in town.
We had low 70’s and low humidity in Bellingham.
I checked my WiFi phone app. to see what the inside temperature of our house was on the way home, and the app said 90 degrees!😲
“Time to start up the A/C honey, looks like all the hot air is piling up at the base of the Cascades …..it’s hot at home!”😅
It sounds strange, but this is how much the temperature can swing. The Ocean has a cooling effect on our town.

non-milk milk! it would take a lot of hive to get me to drink a glass of cows milk, but i can't do the non-milk as well
