I had just started today’s hike…….
let’s see what is in the “ help yourself” free fruit and vegetable bag that Lynn put out today.😇
Today the bag was filled with fresh juicy plums, so nice, I picked out four large ones for the trail ! I continued up to the trail head, and the cherry trees are just loaded!
“Silvertop you are not going to hike at this rate LOL!”🤣
Natures bounty, fuel for my hike today!😊
Interesting how the land lays on the Western side of my State. Ten miles from the Ocean, the land is completely flat.
Then it abruptly rises into the foothills of the Cascades, where Silvertop hikes!☺️
The trails I hike are in between the North Pass, and the South Pass, of this mountain. Steep uphill trails, that open up into gentle grass covered meadows!
I haven’t spotted any Bear, or Cougars… well …..it is Summer……They must be on vacation Lol!🤣
Low 70 Degrees again today, Liz tells me it might be warmer by the weekend.
This is normal Northwest weather, where the heat only last a few days.
For now, Silvertop is enjoying the cooler weather……….and the Mountains!🤗

What a delicious fruit 😍 in my little ignorance I thought they were grapes 😅 and I said to myself, wow, what big and beautiful grapes! The truth is that everything looks great and how good you eat this for your tour is healthy food that will do good to your stomach and digestion, greetings.
It's very nice of the neighbors have this fruit stand out for all to enjoy! It's a healthy treat for a long hike! 😀

I would have harvested as many cherries, and added them to the bag!
Someone has been harvesting the cherries @silversaver888!😲 All the cherry trees are loaded just above head high. Tomorrow I will have to see if I can pick a few that I can still reach lol!🤣
