Health means good health which makes a man heathy ,active and fit for work. Good health depends on regular physical exercise ,and nutritive food , drinking water etc. If anyone wants to maintain a good health ,he has to rise early in the morning . I get up early morning everyday . I go to walk regularly. Like everyday , Today I went to walk. I walked total 5.5 kilometers .
