Lately I've been beating myself up, looking down to the small development and progress compared to what others have achieved.

This got me thinking to a point of feeling depressed 😞 sad and down.

I know I'm not where I should be but at the same time, I'm not where I was before.

It time we take things easy with ourselves, give ourselves a pat on the back. There is more to this life than we think.

So take a step back and acknowledge your progress for you did it and you can do more.
