Do wieczora to był całkiem fit dzień. Dziś postawiłem poruszać się trochę w domu i pewnie jutro będę odczuwał tego efekty. Chciałem poruszać się w sposób jaki dawno tego nie robiłem. Pewnie to jutro odczuję. Muszę trochę wzmocnić górne partie i brzuch. Może uda się częściej takie coś robić. Przy okazji może zna ktoś jakiś program jak zwiększyć liczbę podciągnięć. Nigdy mi to nie szło, ale umiem teraz zrobić 3, a myślę, że do 5 by sie dało to zwiększyć przed latem. Co myślicie?

Up till evening it was quite a fit day. Today I decided to move in a way I don't usually do and I think I'll be experiencing some consequences. I think I need to strengthen my upper body parts and my belly muscles. Maybe, I'll be able to do that more often. BTW do you know any training programme for increasing the number of pull-ups? I have never been good at it, but I'm currently at 3 reps and I think I can get it to 5 before summer. What do you think?

Przed latem to do 10ciu podciągnięć dobijesz bez problemu.
Polecam "gumy do podciągania". Takie gumy to dobra pomoc na pierwszym etapie.
