My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2021
No gym today and think i will not go untill next week. Work is being kinda meh but is good for the steps and then just minimal pull ups at home when I feel like it.
I did end last week at about 80% my weight for 5 sets and 10 reps on almost the whole circuit so happy with those results and slowly inching my way to full body weight lifting and more.
