Had a good start at the gym this week and although I skipped last week I was surprised that it was not as hard as I thought to lift the same weight. I actually added on nhe last set and even did that comfortably with all the exercises.
I still don't have a strict routine to what exercises I do as I find it more convenient to just feel it out. A good mix of upper and lower with emphasis each day seems no work well and I take days off to rest more which helps as I come back stronger instead of trudging along.
