My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2021
Weird friday very off kilter, this weekend I have a misson though not only to catch up and jolt forward with some work but also to start prep for my return to the gym from monday. On the agenda will be a couple hundred crunches and tummy stuffs with pull ups and push ups to failure. Still not that great with leg things at home and lunges seem to be the only thing winh any impact so will do those.
