Hi guys!

I did 11k steps today.

I walked around my town a little this morning. I went to the grocery store for some groceries. In the evening, I worked out and ran around my house. It may sound funny running in my house, but we have to deal with such crises. I work at home push-ups, bellies, joints and as I said running around the house.
