Una reflexión diariamente.

Hola #hiver les traigo una #iniciativa y se trata de compartir una reflexión diariamente ¿De donde salio esto?o ¿cómo se me ocurrió? Cada día aprendemos algo, cada día es una lección y a veces ni lo notamos, así que con esta iniciativa se busca valorar más la vida y sus enseñanzas diarias.

Reflexión del día

Tómate tu tiempo y descansa, escapa de lo que te preocupa.

A veces nos enfocamos en los problemas y esto acarrea enfermedades como el estrés, la depresión, la ansiedad, entre otros. Hoy aprendí que debemos dedcansar, darnos nuestro tiempo para aclarar nuestra mente y así enfrentar aquello que tanto nos inquieta y darle una solución.

Algunas frases que me han dicho y me han gustado que se relacionan con esto se las compartiré para que la coloquen en práctica.

No te preocupes, ocúpate.

Sí tiene solución, no te preocupes y si no tiene solución, tampoco te preocupes.
