My Actifit Report Card: 4월 22 2020
오랜만에 글을 올려본다.
전 세계적인 코로나 사태 이후 헬스장도 못가고 야외 활동도 거의 못하고... 그러다 보니 운동도 못하는 하루 하루가 계속 되었다.
요즘엔 조금씩 안정화 되어 가는듯 해서 조금 마음이 놓인다.
이번주 부타 헬스장도 정상화 되는것 같은데, 이미 기간은 만료 되었고... 재 등록을 해야 하나 말아야 하나 고민이다.
아... 운동은 해야하긴 한데...
