My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2021

Lots of physical activity today, starting with a one-hour fast walk through the neighbourhood with my wife.

During which a friendly cat approached us to get some affection.

On the way back we wanted to pluck some green walnuts but apparently this year fruits are late (May was rainy and colder than usual.

We then passed through a leafy neighbourhood and then behind a school

Where there were some high-tech bee hives !

Later in the day I went shopping (walking again) and then we did yet another tour with the girls this time.

All this took me over the 11000 steps bar.
