Slowly, thinks are coming back to normal. My life is a mess, I need to do more sport, but problems at work starts to settle down, and I expect that I'm moving to a more balanced period.

Yesterday I was walking to the office, started to take the stairs instead of the lazy elevators, but couldn't manage more than 5000 steps. Still good, but can be better.
