Hello to everyone in this community! I've been feeling a bit depressed since last night, and even when I woke up, I still felt the same way. When I lived in another city, what I would do when I felt this way was go to my favorite stores and browse the items I liked. But my mood didn't allow me to go that far, so I decided to just go near the subway and do some shopping.
I bought some vegetables because I have in mind what I want to cook in the next few days (food I like, makes me feel happy), but I also decided to buy an apple to make some homemade jam. Ever since I learned how to make it, I've really enjoyed it. I bought some bread to eat with the jam, although I might also make some waffles 🤔
As I write these lines, I'm already feeling much better. I'm planning to go out again this weekend, so I'll be spending the next few days focusing on my projects. 😊 If you're feeling overwhelmed or sad, go for a walk, even for a short while. It's good for clearing your mind. ✨

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! Desde anoche, me encontraba algo deprimida y aún al despertar, me seguía sintiendo del mismo modo. Cuando vivía en otra ciudad, lo que hacía cuando me sentía de ese modo, era ir hasta mis tiendas favoritas y contemplar los artículos que me gustaban. Pero mi ánimo no me permitía ir tan lejos, así que decidí ir solamente a las inmediaciones del subterráneo y aprovechar de hacer algunas compras.
Compré algunas verduras porque tengo en mente lo que deseo cocinar en los próximos días (la comida que me gusta, me hace sentir feliz), pero también me animé a comprar una manzana para hacer un poco de mermelada casera. Desde que la aprendí a hacer, me ha gustado mucho. Compré algo de pan para comer junto a la mermelada, aunque también puede ser que prepare algunos waffles 🤔
Al momento de escribir estas líneas, ya me siento mucho mejor. Tengo planeado volver a salir el fin de semana, así que estaré estos días dedicándome a mis proyectos 😊 Si se sienten agobiados o tristes, salgan a caminar, así sea un ratito, es bueno para despejarse ✨

Glad you're okay now, seriously, walking and breathing outside your home can be really helpful esp if you are dad, depress and has a kot on your mind. As for me, uts always music, music can help when I'm suffering with them.
I hadn't realized how much walking relaxes me until I was locked up for a while 😅 Not only is it good for your circulation, but it's like your thoughts start to calm down as you get your body moving 😌 Oh! Music helps me in those moments too! I motivate myself every day thanks to music, although sometimes, not even music can keep my thoughts still, that's when I go for a walk haha 🤗 Thank you so much for visiting my post and for commenting 😘💚
