Mi informe de Actifit: mayo 29 2025 - SWC
Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! Volvemos está semana con nuestro reporte, como siempre en esta ocasión empece el reporte haciendo un trote mañanero con mi amigo el cuento siempre me está acompañando a realizar mis reportes de la semana está vez hicimos un recorrido de 30 minutos, ya que necesitamos a condicionar nuestro cuerpo para la resistencia de los trotes, la verdad es que me sentí bastante cómodo está vez a diferencia de los dias anteriores debido a que estaba un poco flojo en cuanto a pararme temprano para poder realizar mis 5000 pasos del reporte, pero a pesar de todo se cumplió. Luego también fui a universidad por lo que también camine más durante todo el día y los pasos totales a lo largo del día fueron aproximadamente 15000, la verdad son bastantes para ser un día común aunque la verdad sí hice muchas cosa el día de hoy aparte de simplemente realizar me reporte y mis pasos respectivamente. pero la verdad que fue un día muy productivo, me gustó mucho cómo rendi en esta ocasión, pronto les estaré compartiendo compartiendo más publicaciones sobre mi entrenamiento espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos en un próximo post 💪🏽❤️.
