My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2021

Hello Actifiteers, I am back here hope you all are good.

I know it's being discontinued my daily activities progress posts since last few days, actually I was not well, due to season of summer and maybe unhealthy lifestyle.

Well today I am feeling little bit better from yesterday, due to heavy heat in summer season I suffer from dehydration and illness, all day tired.

Now I'm doing some activities, as today I woke up in morning around 3 o'clock, done my morning routine, I eat my food in my meals I eat rice and chapatti with vegetables greavy.

Nowadays in my city from today onwards 14 days of lockdown due to no of postive cases of Covid19 patients all hospital are full, they are very busy in treating suffering patients.

I am also trying to help as much I can to the sufferer. As you all know the current situation of India.

Talking about my fitness I am working on it and getting improvement. You all Stay Healthy Stay Hydrated Last But Not Least Stay Safe.
