It's 🐝 been a little busy three days of no work out for me not until yesterday that I had to let go of the pyjamas so that I can ruffle the muscles a bit.

Got an August visitor drop by my door post. A long time no see gym coach and captain of my first team club where I played defence.

He offered me a challenge I was forced not to yeild but eventually for the sake and love of the sport I found Myself indulging.

We walked, jogged, talked , stretched, did some acrobatics and patched things up with a sit up and press up.

He got to learn from me for the first time about HIVE, ACTIFIT, SPORTSTALK SOCIAL and the big bad guy the BLOCKCHAIN.
