Well it's been a few weeks since I've done a report.
I've noticed a lot of people really don't like to see all of these actifit posts. I know it's not just the quality of the posting but it's also the fact that a lot of these posts are more like a diary than they are about sports.
I personally like using this application and posting from it's interface, I almost wish that act if it had its own community that didn't post to sports.
So now you see why I haven't been posting that often. Anyways, I had a pretty good step count today and had a real early start with my weight lifting and exercises.
I had a very productive day at work with a lot of moving around and walking up and down the stairs.
Unfortunately when I got home all of my motivation and energy was gone.
I'm still okay with getting 8500 steps though, it felt like a pretty good workout to me.
