Giornata decisamente da dimenticare, quelle che proprio ti fermi a pensare e dici "perché cazzo ti sei alzato dal letto". A dirla tutta é stata proprio una settimana negativa anche perché entrando in "zona arancione" da questo lunedì non posso allenarmi😩
Spero che, almeno domani, che é venerdì sia decisamente meglio.

PS immagine che non centra assolutamente niente con la giornata odierna. Ma non avendo alcuna immagine che mi soddisfava ho messo questa per il solo scopo riempitivo.
