Fall colours. My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2025

Today started with walking the dog. Obviously.

However after that it was time to take the family to Williams park in Langley BC for a free fall festival.

There was face painting for the kids. Free pumpkins, free balloon animals, free hotdogs, chips and chocolate.

Mostly though I just enjoyed the beautiful fall colours as we walked through the park.

Looking at the beautiful path through the fallen leaves

Seeing the beautiful colours on the trees.

And yes, looking at a playground where my kids played week over a decade ago.

Overall I enjoyed walking the different paths.

After that??

Lunch with friends at a restaurant I've wanted to go to for a long time.

Coming home to find one of the homestay students went out without telling us where (that was scary).

Walking the dog in the evening and watching TV with the family.

Overall not a bad day even though I got just over 5k steps

Langley BC looks beautiful in the fall, or anytime of year my friend!!😄

The scenery is beautiful. I can imagine the air there. It will be natural devoid of pollutants found in other regions.
