My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2021 - A very busy day

Busy day and change of plans

I was planning on doing a chest and back workout today but things were just too insane at work. It got to the point where, for a few minutes, I was actually participating of two different meetings at the same time!

I had to take a raincheck on the workout so I just went out for a walk. I still think my phone is not tracking my movements properly so I'll have to look into that!

Now I'm gonna do some commenting on our daily @leomarkettalk chat and hit the hay!
