My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2021

As I imagined yesterday, I really learned how to track my movements with this app now.

I didn't get a lot of exercise today because work was crazy, as it has been most of the week. Maybe I'll have some time in the weekend.

I did go to the market so I was able to get some steps in.

It was hive power up day today and I only powered up the minimum amount for the badge because I usually power down as I earn rewards so there was not much liquid Hive left.

Nice job getting the app to track your steps. I was a bit bad on my own report for the day and I tend to leave my HP on my account.
