My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2021

Today was a very relaxing day, although it is the day when I do chores around the house.

I did some cleaning and laundry which is more exercise than it may look!

Also, I've been really sticking to my plan of only using the stairs in my building anytime I go in or out of my home. I can't remember the last time I took the elevator!
