My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2021 - Bittersweet day

Today was kind of bittersweet. The day didn't start well at all and I thought it was gonna be a really bad one but eventually things picked up and it got a little better by the end.

I was able to get my workout done so that part was really good! I think I'm doing progress on my upper body so I might increase the intensity a little bit next time!

Tomorrow we'll hopefully have the launch of the world festival on Rising Star so I'm really excited! I think this is going to be a good week!
