My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2021

I had yet another crazy day! My main client kept going back and forth on some decisions and it drove me crazy! I bet my team wants to kill me by now because I really pushed them hard today!

As always, I took a break and went for a walk to clear my mind and be able to deal with it all so in the end I believe everything worked out.

I've been sticking to my "no-elevator policy" too and while I believe it's helping, I feel a bit ashamed of how tired I get after climbing only a few floors! I used to be a linebacker and now I can barely climb some stairs LOL

Well, one step at a time and I'll get back in shape!
