Ein langer Spaziergang ein paar Studen vor dem Fastenbrechen in der Natur hat mir echt gut getan. Danach eine leichte Kost(Lachs mit Bratkartoffeln und Petersilie und grüner Salat mit selbstgemachtem Joghurtdressing) und Wassermelone als Nachtisch. Mein Körper hat sich schnell an das Fasten gewöhnt.
