Hello my friends!!!

Start of the week achieving my goals in actifit and in the gym!!! Burned a lot of cals today for a 1:40 hours of workout look at this⬇️

Today is the start of my last week for my RIR routine, it was really exhausting but at the end I finalized with my shoulders in pain hahahaha

It's Called Reps in Reverse, you do it with your max until you fail... it's really neat if you want to increase you max load.
