My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2020

어제 컨디션이 좋지않았는데, 오늘은 조금 나아졌습니다. 운동을 제대로 안한지가 꽤 된 것 같아 오늘은 아침부터 조금씩 틈이 날때마다 걷고, 어깨운동도 하면서 하루를 보냈습니다.

사실, Gym을 가지 않고 집에서 운동하기는 어지간히 힘든 일이 아닙니다. 어차피 아파트의 Gym이 오픈한다고 해도 막상 가서 운동할 수 있을 것 같지도 않아, 맨몸이 아닌 먼가 공간을 차지하지 않는 기구를 알아보고 있는데, 마땅한 게 없습니다.

우선은 팔굽혀 펴기와 어깨운동, 스쾃 & 런지 정도로 억지로 라도 하루에 두번정도를 시작해야겠습니다. 근 손실이 많이 난 김에, 컷팅도 좀 할 겸... .

어느덧 재택 3개월째, 이젠 그럭저럭 적응을 해나가고 있는 것 같습니다. 건강한 하루되세요
