My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2020

아침 일찍 온라인 미사를 마치고, 저 번주 금요일 운동한 Rockland,NY로 갔습니다. 사실 걷기는 좀 힘든 코스이긴한데, golf cart가 한명씩 타야하고, 금액은 감안하여 $23 이였는데, 전 이상하게 골프 Cart는 왠지 필요없는 돈을 쓰는 것 같아서, 오늘도 그냥 걸었습니다.

오늘은 특히 드라이버가 좋지않아, 굽이 굽이 다녔더니 운동을 끝나고 보니, 벌써 18000보가 넘었습니다. 얼마나 산 구석구석을 다녔는지...

그래도 숨이차고, 다리가 당길 정도로 걸었더니, 역시 기분은 좋습니다.
내일부터 또 5일간, 운동도 제대로 못할텐데, 벌써 또 주말이 오길 기다려 봅니다.

다음 주면 코로나로 재택근무를 한지 3개월, 머지않아 출근을 하게 될텐데, 코로나19이후의 사무실의 모습은 어떤 모습이 될지 불안 반, 궁금 반입니다.

어떡하든 적응은 하겠지만...
