My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2020

이틀 연속 걸어 운동을 했더니, 몸이 극도로 무겁습니다. 그래도 숨이 찰 정도로 몸을 많이 움직인 덕에 주중에 생긴 어깨결림과 편두통은 싹 없어졌습니다.

오늘 같이 운동하신 분들 중에는 내기에 아~ 주 큰 의미를 두시는 분이 계셨는데, 최근 내기에 초연하신 걸 보니, 모두 운동을 하고 싶다는 마음이 더 큰 것 같습니다.

물론 , 예전처럼 전쟁같이는 아니지만, 내기를 하긴 하였는데... 저는 $30불을 잃었지만, 뭐 운동하고 값을 지불한 셈 치고 기분 좋게 왔습니다.

그런데, 이동 포함 6~8시간을 투자해야하니, 매주 가기는 좀 부담되어, 짧은 등산이나 조금 시간이 덜 드는 다른 운동도 한번 찾아봐야겠습니다.

많이 걷는 건강한 한 주 되십시요.
