My Actifit Report Card: April 26 2021: It's My Birthday!
Firstly, I am a year older today!
I am grateful for this, and for progress and growth in several spheres of life. Looking back at the years gone by, I can boldly say that I am a much better person.
I marked the day with my colleagues at work, as I got food and drinks for those in my department. Everyone was glad, and they wished me well. They also prayer for me. It was a really good feeling.
On my way back home, I decided to get cold stone ice cream for me and my wife. It was a really great way to end the day. After enjoying the savor of the ice cream, we enjoyed dinner of fried rice and chicken, washed down with malt drink. Sumptuous...😋😋
It been a while since I last recorded 5k steps, and it's nice to have gotten that many points today.
One more time, happy birthday to me.
Whatever you do, ensure that you keep on keeping fit...
