My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2021

It was a day of rest. The government gave workers a public holiday to mark May 1 workers day. So the rest i couldn't have during the weekend, I had today with my family.

Early in the morning, we went to the market to get foodstuffs and groceries to restock our kitchen. The market was so busy as usual, and dusty too.
The rest of the day I spent resting at home.

Whatever you do, ensure that you keep on keeping fit...
