My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2021

For me, today was one of the most relaxing work days I've had in recent times. I had no assignment to deliver urgently. This gave me time to do even some extracurricular activities during work hours.

I was able to stick to my walking pattern when going to work today, but on my way back home, I could not. I met friends who gave me lift with their cars while I walked. This is one of the reasons why I am unable to hit 5k today.
