My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2021
Walking some distances while going to and returning from work is my major exercise on a daily basis, and I didn't fail to do a lot of that today. It was a normal workday, and I did an electrical design, which I am still on.
Fun fact: Walking an extra 20 minutes a day will burn 7 pounds of body fat per year.
If you're looking to burn some excess fat, make walking your leisure kind of exercise. You will like the outcome.
