Walking some distances while going to and returning from work is my major exercise on a daily basis, and I didn't fail to do a lot of that today. It was a normal workday, and I completed the electrical design of a bungalow, which I started yesterday.
Fun fact: Walking 6,000 steps a day will help improve your health and walking 10,000 will help you lose weight
In case you're looking to lose some weight, or maintain a particular weight, walking could just do it. This might also help you set a new daily target.
