Walking some distances while going to and returning from work is my major exercise on a daily basis, but today was a lazy day. I drove to work, because a colleague online needed my car to move some things. I couldn't walk much as a result of this.
Fun fact: Walking is a mood improver and great for mental health
Walking helps to calm your nerves in case you're angry or tensed. It's an excellent medication for mental health. While walking, you have the opportunity to entertain good thoughts.
