DAMN!!! (My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2020)

Have to improve that number of VO2MAX... before Christmas I was set at 61!!!

Let’s see if I can keep my consistency on the running training plan these days despite coronavirus is really putting the things difficult here at Barcelona as well.

This post should be upvoted massively by actifit since I am placed at the 20th position of the cue today.
