My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2020

So glad I'm able to get out and run without a lockdown worry (at least for now!).

As I did yesterday, today's workout was mostly run on the high school track. Sort of a nice change of pace with flat running and absolutely no one else there with me. I wad even able to run in just my shorts do that I could work on my manly (yea, right!) tan. At least running on the track allows me to pretty much zone out and let my mind relax, sort of like running a track ultra. If the track remains open I hope to try some loooonger (ie marathon plus) runs to get in the groove for my ultra races this Autumn.
Going to hit my bed early tonight and try a longer track run tomorrow (plus that way I can avoid listening to my wife's listening to Trump's self-congratulations "news" briefs while all his sycophants nod their heads like fcking bobble head dolls.
God, I hate politicians as well ad the fcking stupid slobs here in AZ that can't be bothered to throw away their gloves after they've finished with them.
