My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2020

A nice start to the new week. Life goes on without too much disruption for now here in AZ.

Still good to see a few other people out staying fit and active these days. We all have a smile on our faces as we pass. I'm felt good today although my Hoka Mach shoes caused me a whole bunch of discomfort the past couple of days. They have plenty of cushioning but rubbed my ties raw so I'll probably donate them to the nearby Humane Society thrift store so hopefully someone else can enjoy them.

Spring is here. Get out and enjoy the nice sunny weather as much as you can under the circumstances.
