My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2020

Not a bad day as gray storm clouds rolled through all day (but it IS monsoon season here in Arizona).

Another relaxed run loop around the center of town. My legs were good but still looking for improvement to get back to my intensity level of the late Spring. At least the cloudy weather and winds cooled it off nicely. A bit over 8 miles bit Garmin is offline so no uploading of my run data yet.

It still would be nice for some nice beneficial showers. Even though it's "monsoon" season in the southwest it isn't the heavy rains like the tropical areas. Just the greater chance of thunderstorms to roll on in.

I only did a couple of miles after dinner as the black clouds and constant rumble of thunder was a good reason to stay near home.
Hopefully I'll have a strong run tomorrow as Saturday will be a long day on the road driving another rescue dog from northern AZ down to Phoenix but it will be a good job.
